All packages are priced at a discounted per session rate. The more sessions you commit to, the higher the discounted rate. All packages come with in-person training and goal specific workouts to continue your health journey at home or at the gym.
This package includes 4 in-person sessions with a written workout plan in your off time. This is a discounted per session rate of $125.

20 in-person sessions at $100 per session. These sessions must be used within 90 days of your first session booking date.
15 in-person sessions at $106 per session. These sessions must be used within 60 days of your first session booking date.
10 in-person sessions at $112.50 per session. These sessions must be used within 45 days of your first session booking date.
